The essence of coaching focuses on customer relationships in an intellectually challenging and creative process, motivating them to achieve maximum potential in their personal and professional development. To make possible the existence of a coaching relationship on a professional level, it is necessary to include an agreement or contract that clearly states the responsibilities of each of the parties involved. Within this framework we find that PCA’s code of ethics takes great relevance, as one tool for establishing the framework to provide the necessary guarantees to shelter everyone involved in the coaching process.
